REEDSBURG, Wis. — A routine traffic stop in Reedsburg on Wednesday afternoon resulted in two arrests after police uncovered methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.
According to the Reedsburg Police Department, officers initiated a stop in the 200 block of South Park Street due to a missing vehicle registration display. During the stop, K9 officer Remi was brought in to assist. The K9 alerted to the presence of narcotics, prompting officers to search the vehicle.
Roughly 14 grams of methamphetamine, along with various pieces of drug paraphernalia, were discovered during the search, authorities said.

Two individuals were taken into custody: 61-year-old Jack Ingraham of Reedsburg and 43-year-old Jennifer Raupp of Cazenovia. Both face charges of meth possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing law enforcement.
In addition to those charges, Raupp was cited for operating a vehicle without insurance and is currently being held on a probation violation.
Following their arrests, both suspects were transported to the Sauk County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
